The following terms and conditions apply when making a reservation to book a studio apartment with Panoramic Ltd. We ask kindly that you take the time to read them.
We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at anytime and we will endeavour to inform you of changes that may have occurred post reservation.
In the event that our terms and conditions have been updated, please ensure that you read them ever time you reserve a room with Panoramic Ltd.
You will be asked when reserving a room to confirm that you have read and understood these terms and conditions.
Instructions to make a reservation can be found on our website. All reservations made are subject to these terms and conditions.
You must be at least 18 years of age to reserve a room. Our staff reserve the right to request proof of age on arrival to the apartments and should you be found unsuitable, refuse occupancy of a studio apartment.
On receipt of your reservation, Panoramic Ltd will send e-mail confirmation; please ensure that details of your reservation are entirely correct. In the event that you have made an error, please contact Panoramic Ltd immediately. We will endeavour to assist.
Reservations are secured by settlement of a 25% non refundable deposit.
3) GROUP RESERVATIONS
A reservation of one or more studio apartment is considered a group reservation. In this event rates maybe subject to negotiation. Please e-mail details to firstname.lastname@example.org prior to making a reservation.
Studio Apartments cannot be occupied by any person/s under the age of 18 years of age without a parent or guardian in accompaniment.
Cots and/or additional beds can be made available. Please contact Panoramic Ltd prior to making a reservation.
Apartments are subject to maximum occupancy rules. Please contact Panoramic Ltd should you require further details.
Rates for each apartment are for one and/or two adults only. Children under five years accompanied by adults can stay for free.
Additional charges apply for children whom are aged 5 years and over.
Additional charges apply for adults where two or more are permitted in a studio apartment.
5) CHECKING IN / OUT
Check in time is anytime after 2pm on the date of arrival. You will be asked to provide your booking reference, proof of identity together with a valid debit or credit card.
In the event of non arrival your apartment will be held for 24 hours only; we reserve the right to re-let the studio apartment unless notified of unforeseen circumstances on your part whereby we will endeavour to assist.
On the date of departure we kindly request that you vacate your room prior to 10am.
The apartment building has a communal area where we are happy for you to wait and/or leave baggage securely.
Payment can be made with cash, cheque, debit card or credit card. We do not accept American Express Cards.
Where only the deposit has been paid, payment is to be made in full on arrival to your apartment.
Any additional charges will be presented in an invoice at the end of your stay. You authorise the settling of all additional charges to Panoramic Ltd from your debit or credit card.
Voucher Codes are issued by Panoramic Limited to certain customers at the discretion of the directors only and can be applied when making a reservation.
7) CANCELLATION POLICY
We reserve the right to charge 25% of the cost of the apartment for the duration of the time you would have stayed.
Should cancellation take place 45days prior to your stay you will be entitled to a full refund.
8) DATA PROTECTION
Panoramic Ltd is subject to the Data Protection (Jersey) Law 2005. We take data protection seriously and endeavour to ensure that your details given, will NOT be accessible by third parties.
9) PERSONAL ITEMS
You hereby indemnify Panoramic Ltd in respect of any liability, damage, loss or cost to your own personal belongings whilst staying on our premises.
Panoramic Ltd can offer a safely locked environment for any personal belongings you do not wish to leave unattended.
10) CODE OF CONDUCT
Please ensure that you act respectfully and take reasonable care of the studio apartment and its contents during your occupancy.
On arrival to your studio apartment, please report any shortcomings, damages and/or missing items immediately. The staff will ensure this is noted and/or assist in correcting the situation.
You are responsible for any damages that take place during your stay. Please inform a member of staff immediately the damage occurs; this may negate the cost of replacement and/or repair. However, should you not bother to inform a member of staff; we reserve the right to debit your credit / debit card to recover all costs incurred by Panoramic Limited.
Please act in a respectful manner toward other occupants that are in residence; in particular, whilst using communal areas.
11) SMOKING POLICY
All studio apartments / rooms throughout the building are non-smoking (this includes vaping).
An outdoor covered area for smokers is available for use on the premises.
Dogs (except in the case of guide dogs) and cats are not permitted in the building. All other household pets will be taken under consideration.

13) CAR PARKING
Each apartment is allocated a free car parking space. In the event that you are bringing more than one vehicle, please e-mail detail to firstname.lastname@example.org prior to making a reservation.
Panoramic Limited take NO responsibility to damage to your vehicle or loss from your vehicle whilst parked onsite.
14) STUDIO APARTMENT CLEANING
Each apartment will be thoroughly cleaned on a weekly basis, including a bed change.
Should, for any reason, cleaning be required mid stay, in particular a bed change, a supplemental charge will be added to your final invoice and presented at the end of your stay.
The Apartments are situated adjacently underneath the island’s airport runway. There will be noise! Aeroplanes make noise.
We do not take responsibility for the weather. It’s where we live; sometimes it rains!
If you don’t have a great sense of humour, you probably won’t like staying here; If you don’t like animals, well that just sucks! You will be surrounded by them.
Some of our furnishings are brand new, most were up-cycled. It’s a good thing!
